www.avispatechnology.com (also “we” and “our”) operates a staffing service with job postings to which job seekers (also “you,” “your,” “applicants,” and “candidates”) can apply for jobs available through Avispa LLC d/b/a Avispa Technology on consumer electronics and mobile devices.

We collect minimal visitor data through Avispa’s ‘View Evaluations’ service, as only this service uses cookies to authenticate. Cookies are small text files downloaded to your computer to store small amounts of information as www.avispatechnology.com is navigated. Depending on your browser, you may be able to block cookies or require an alert when they are downloaded. We do not sell, give, or trade any user data with third parties for data mining or marketing purposes, meaning we will not generate email spam.

www.avispatechnology.com also collects user information through the online form. When users fill out the online form on our site to apply for a job, or when users communicate with Avispa Technology via phone or email, that information is collected and stored in an Applicant Tracking System. It will also be found in certain employee email and phone histories. You may register for www.avispatechnology.com with just your email and name, but we will require more information from all job applications who are submitted to our clients.

To modify your registration information, please contact support@avispatechnology.com. You can deactivate your account at any time.

We use this information to serve your needs as a job seeker and to connect you with client companies and with Vendor Management Systems through which client companies operate. We store your information in an Applicant Tracking System to assure organization and effective customer service for you and for Avispa Technology’s client companies.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. Information collected offline includes but is not limited to phone calls, emails, social media communication, application forms, background check release forms, and third party payroll transactions, which are accessed via the portal on the Vendor Management System once a candidate is hired.

Candidates are only contacted as needed, such as to share relevant job opportunities, to schedule and perform candidate interviews, and to provide the candidate feedback from client companies. We will not send periodical emails about our company or its products.

If we change our privacy policy, we will update this page and the “Effective as of” date at the top.
